Delivery of Products By Pos Malaysia, Poslaju @ Gdex Express

  • Product delivery is FREE for All Malaysia Only. (Terms & conditions apply).
  • The product will be processed & pack after PAYMENT VERIFICATION is made.
  • Products will be sent by POS Malaysia, POS Laju or Gdex Express that be determined by Bio-Asli.
  • The product will be sent to the address specified by the buyer.
  • The product will be delivered during office hours from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm by the courier.
  • The order will be processed on Mondays - Fridays (working days only).
  • The No. Reference Post will be sent to the customer by SMS after product is packed.

  • Courier Service

    Step 2 : The distribution process of items all over Malaysia.

  • Delivery Process

    Step 3 : Courier agent send the item.

  • Customer

    Step 4 : Courier agent send the item.

    Courier Agent will asked Recipient Name, I/C No & Signature to confirm receive the items. (Delivery Process Complete)
    Note : If no receiver in home, agent courier will leave a card. You have to take the item at nearest courier branch.

    * This is Standard Procedure for courier service from Pos Malaysia, Pos Laju & Gdex Express. When the items collected by the courier, the responsibility goes to the courier to delivered the items. Bio-Asli can only check the item delivery status

  • Reasons Why Items Can't Be Sent To Customer
    • Incomplete address
    • Address not clear
    • No recipient
    • Unclaimed
    • The road not exist

     

    Any items that didn't reach to the customer will be sent back to Bio-Asli. Bio-Asli will contact the customer for second time delivery and the customer have to pay the additional charges.

    * Hopefully all customer and Bio-Asli members provide accurate information when making reservations to facilitate product delivery process.
